(1) Vendor needs to provide student identification system. – Agency seeks a vendor to plan and implement their solution, transfer settings from our current system to the new system, train users in all roles, and support the use of the system in a meaningful way over the term of the contract.– Administrative Requirements:• Card production includes browser–based software• Facial photo submission requires live photos to be captured.• Facial photos captured allow for importation into student management system • The solution must include the ability to identify users with a unique identifier which will be their student ID number assigned by the student information system. • Allow for at least 3 levels of permissions (general, admin, supervisor)• SSO integration with Microsoft Active Directory environment (Azure/Entra ID) for administrative access control.– Card Requirements• Allows for the use of non–proprietary access control cards• Physical card to include student photo, name, student ID number• Digital / Mobile ID option accessible via mobile app or web interface• Dual–sided printing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
