(1) Vendor needs to provide machine applied cigarette tax stamp production and print service to the government authority located in Alabama. • Production and supply of 20 cigarette tax stamps• Stamps shall be heat–applied fusion–type and must be a layer–built decal consisting of not less than five impressions including safety tint lettering• Stamps must be produced by the intaglio process and be suitable for positive application with heat to the receiving surface such as cellophane and polypropylene with a graphic quality as good as or preferably better than the current stamp.• Each stamp shall measure Height and Width ½” x ½”.• Each roll of stamps will be coded in consecutive numerical sequential order on the lead paper on each roll.• Each stamp will have two lines with no less than five (5) alpha numeric characters.• The stamps must have a five–digit roll number and a unique five–digit stamp number.
