Request for Information for P3 Parking and Annex Project

The City of South San Francisco has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking feedback on one or more projects it is considering to deliver much needed parking to its downtown core as well as City office space, a downtown park, and other needs, potentially using a public-private partnership (P3) model. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information from individuals, firms, teams, or organizations that have experience in developing, financing, and/or operating major parking and infrastructure projects and that may be interested in designing, building, financing, operating, and/or maintaining the facilities being considered by the City. This RFI is meant to: • provide general background information about the City’s project opportunity and objectives; and • solicit input regarding the overall project, key issues and risks, potential innovative solutions, and market interest in pursuing such a project via both written responses to this RFI and an upcoming Industry Forum being hosted by the City where one-on-one meetings will be scheduled with RFI responders that have requested a meeting. The City is only accepting electronic responses to this Request for Information. Respondents shall create a free account with ProcureNow by signing up at https://secure.procurenow.com/signup.
