(1) Vendor needs to provide unified development ordinance consultant services to the government authority located in Clemson, SC.         – Professional planning and multidisciplinary consulting firms to undertake the creation of a unified development ordinance (UDO).– The selected consultant will translate the policy direction, goals, and strategies established in the Comprehensive Plan and existing ordinances into a clear, modern, defensive, and administratively effective development tool.– Clemson experiences unique growth pressures, distinct development patterns as a prominent university community, and evolving housing needs.– Project initiation and code diagnosis.– Public review, refinement, and adoption support.– Digital optimization and testing.– Zoning audit and applicability analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
