(1) Vendor needs to provide first–class food and beverage services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Concessionaire must maintain a standard of excellence by providing quality food and beverage items and superior service. This standard shall be measured through, but not limited to:– Consistent delivery of high–quality food and beverage products.– Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations.– Professional, courteous, and responsive customer service.– Maintenance of clean, organized, and well–stocked concession areas.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
