(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Greenville, NC.• Empty all trashcans.• Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster.• Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.• Replace trashcan liners.• Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.• Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.• Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.• Sweep all uncarpeted floors.• Clean and disinfect all door handles and light fixtures.(2) A mandatory site–visit will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
