FIRE-1855 - USA (Arizona) - Alarm Monitoring, Fire Suppression and Access Control Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alarm monitoring, fire suppression and access control services to the government authority located in Arizona.– Provide continuous central–station monitoring, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays, for all City–designated systems. – Monitoring shall support analog, digital, cellular, and IP alarm communications and applicable panel protocols, including Contact ID, Ademco, Silent Knight 4/2, BFSK, and SIA D1 with checksum.– Receive, process, record, and retain alarm, trouble, supervisory, restore, low–battery, open/close, and access–control events.– Immediately dispatch fire–alarm events to the Fire Department unless otherwise directed in writing by the city.– Provide secure web–based access for authorized City personnel to manage users, passwords, contacts, account history, reporting, and notification lists.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
