Selected vendor(s) will provide all materials, equipment and labor associated with Journeymen Painting Services. The City intends to award up to Three (3) potential contracts to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder(s) capable of performing the work. The estimated value of the contract(s) shall not exceed $500,000.00 per contract per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options.
