(1) Vendor needs to provide mailroom remodel service to the government authority located in Nevada, CA. – Construct and/or reconstruct and complete in good workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the agency, the following: ADA access, interior demolition, concrete flat work, interior wall construction and associated mechanical and electrical work, drywall, doors, flooring, and paint. – Workspace will include interior demolition, interior wall construction and associated mechanical and electrical work, drywall, paint, flooring, doors.(3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on September 23, 2026.
