CSE-24052 - USA (Passaic, New Jersey) - Security Guard Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.• The overall primary purposes of the security program are to prohibit unauthorized persons from entering the school building and to maintain order in and around the school facility• The nonpublic school may also exercise its prerogative to interview, accept or reject any prospective security staff assigned to the nonpublic schools.• Guards must be:1. Minimum 18 years of age2. Licensed in New Jersey3. Licensed in New Jersey as armedB. High School Graduate (or G.E.D. equivalent).C. The ability to read, write and speak English.D. Will be subject to a satisfactory State of New Jersey Fingerprint check.E. All candidates will be subject to pre–employment and random drug and alcohol testing and/or screening. This test will be made available to the Director of Security upon request.• All full–time security staff will be assigned and on location for approximately forty (40) hours• All additional work orders shall be billed separately and at the same straight time hourly rate provided (24) hour notice is given to the contractor• Guard Practices and Capabilitieso Guards must be trained in the operation of access control systems. Firm should be able to provide a list of systems that the guards are trained in.o Guards must have Firm training in participation of facility–wide emergency response drills.o Firm must show proof of conducting facility–wide emergency response drills in New Jersey schools in the past 4 years.o Firm must be able to demonstrate facility–wide emergency response drills in a New Jersey school.o Firm must be able to demonstrate implementation of guard scanning methodologies in other New Jersey schools for the past 4 years(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
