(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet operational and financial assessment service to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. – Provide assess the city’s financial and operational management practices for its municipal fleet, report on findings, and collaboratively assess the value of changing some practices given ongoing evolutions in fleets financial and operating environment.– Fleet is seeking consultant support to lead the development of written governance (policies and procedures) for the financial and operational management practices that most affect our internal customers.– Fleet management program through a review of relevant plans, policies, operational practices, organizational structure, fleet data.– Including inventory, profile, replacement backlog, holdover, and utilization data.– Facilitate development of a fleet strategic plan that establishes the fleet organization’s vision, mission, strategic goals, measurable objectives, implementation priorities, and organizational recommendations.– Plan should identify both short–term and longer–term initiatives and consider staffing, technology vendors, governance, and other resources necessary for successful implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
