(1) Vendor needs to provide city prosecution services to the government authority located in Sweet Home, OR.– City Prosecutor attends all sessions of Municipal Court, typically held the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at 9:00 a.m., with trials scheduled as needed, depending on the availability of the parties.– City Prosecutor is responsible for prosecution of all Municipal Court traffic offenses and violations (including minor misdemeanours converted to violations) in which defendants have legal counsel; misdemeanour offenses and cases, including jury and non–jury trials, plea negotiations and diversion agreements.– Prosecutor services are to be billed at an hourly rate for all cases not described above when the city requests representation by the prosecutor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
