STAFF-16738 - USA (Kansas) - IID Compliance Position Service - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IID compliance position service to the government authority located in Kansas. – Receives compliance reviews.– Documents all apparent violations to include date, time, etc. and ensure violations are attributed correctly by using investigative skills and tools.– Completes compliance review form with detailed and accurate description and returns completed form in a timely manner.– Receives compliance review disputes from agency. Distributes these disputes to one of the Technical Troopers in Ignition Interlock Device (IID) enforcement for final review and decision.– Documents non–compliant individuals on a pre–designed form to help facilitate information for review, documentation, and enforcement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
