CLEANING-13037 - USA (Scottdale, Arizona) - Custodial Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Scottdale, AZ.• Cleaning of celling, walls, fans, wood box cubicles, tv monitors and ac vents and registers up to twelve feet shall be wiped down and free of dust.• Some areas of the facility may not be available for cleaning at the same time every day and the Contractor’s employees shall be required to return to clean these areas at a later time that same day.• Emergency cleanup of the Jail is a common occurrence, generally happening in the evening hours and on Saturdays or Sundays but may also occur during regularly scheduled service hours.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
