(1) Vendor needs to provide carnival service.• Coordinate with the fair event coordinator on site layout, staff gate entry passes, advertising, and pre sale wristbands.• Provide family friendly games, food stands and carnival rides appropriate for both adults and children.• Post a notice of carnival hours at each Fair entrance, only if carnival hours vary from Fair hours.• Provide required permits, insurance coverage, and daily inspection logs.• Post valid ride permits and maintain clean, visually appealing equipment with no more than one ride out of service at a time.• Provide photos and contribute funds towards advertising.• Attend a pre–fair coordination meeting with the Fair event coordinator.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
