(1) Vendor needs to provide fulltime property auditor services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Job Duties• Traveling throughout the region, performing physical audits of agency–owned property assets;• Record and maintain an inventory of all agency issued property;• Review and assist with collecting documentation related to agency property;• Preparing detailed post–audit reports;• Assist with Property dispositions and disposals;• Providing guidance to county property custodians on property management proceduresand required documentation;• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;• A positive, professional attitude.(2) Contract term will be for one year.
