(1) Vendor needs to provide rural land reappraisal service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – Develop land values for small and large rural land tracts– Classify small tracks according to accessibility and desirability– Develop a small acre break– Classify large acre tracts as open land, woodland and ponds– Develop accessibility/desirability schedule with adjustments for size, location, andcharacteristics– Determine the absorption rate for large tracts where insufficient sales exist– Review property sales to determine timber values– Review property sales for other non–land value items– Provide narrative descriptions of all land schedules and their components– Generate sales ratio studies for all property types(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
