Vendor needs to provide outreach services and technical assistant services to support capacity and watershed restoration projects that improve water quality in communities.– Identify, reach, and engage eligible CBOs, while Technical Assistance Providers will work with those organizations to strengthen their grant development and support the submission of robust, competitive applications.– Technical Assistance contractors will coordinate their outreach and engagement activities by geographic region, based on each partner’s capacity, expertise, and preferred area of work.– Activities may include:• Outreach and Engagement: Identify, contact, and engage eligible CBOs that may benefit from watershed restoration–focused grant opportunities and technical assistance.• Organizational Readiness and Referral: Help organizations understand available funding opportunities, assess their interest and readiness, and connect appropriate organizations with Technical Assistance Providers.• Survey Implementation and Analysis: Administer surveys or other information–gathering tools provided by the Trust to assess organizational capacity, needs, interests, and progress.• Capacity–Building Workshops: Support the development and delivery of workshops addressing needs identified through outreach and engagement.
