CLEANING-13687 - USA (Columbus, Nebraska) - Air Heater Hydro Cleaning Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide air heater hydro cleaning services to the government authority located in Columbus, NE. – The water to be used for cleaning will be water from nearby rivers, canals, or reservoirs (surface water). The surface water is passed through screens with 3/8–inch square openings but will require additional filtering that is not required with well water. – The capacity to clean the hot and cold ends of two (2) air heaters simultaneously.– A minimum pump flow rate capability of 300 gallons per minute per heater with pressure capability of 8,000 pounds per square inch (psi).– A small high–pressure hose with cleaning nozzles to clean line and hopper drains as necessary.– Hydro Cleaning –Schedule & Progress Reports.– Electrical Schematics for connections.– Updated critical path schedule for outage showing all phases of hydro cleaning work to be performed.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
