(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Alabaster, AL. – Provide comprehensive property and casualty insurance brokerage, risk management, loss control, policy administration, and claims advocacy services.– Conduct quarterly stewardship and open–claim meetings with written reports covering service, claims, loss trends, risk–control progress, market developments, open actions, and performance.– Provide an annual program and total–cost–of–risk review and leadership presentation when requested.– The selected broker will serve as the strategic advisor and day–to–day service partner.– Program assessment and strategic planning.– Policy administration, reporting, carrier security, technology, and transition– Renewal planning, marketing, and placement.– Loss of tax revenue and contingent business interruption.– Account management, accessibility, and local response.– Claims reporting, management, and advocacy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
