(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based collaborative ai workspace software.– Provide a Cloud–Based Collaborative AI Workspace Software platform for use by students, faculty, and staff across multiple college locations.– The solution shall provide centralized access to multiple generative AI models, collaborative workspaces, customizable AI assistants, and knowledge management capabilities to support teaching, learning, research, and administrative functions.– Provide access to multiple leading AI language models within a single platform.– Allow users to compare outputs from different AI models.– Support text generation, summarization, data analysis, brainstorming, and content creation. – Allow creation and deployment of custom AI assistants or bots.– Permit users to upload institutional content and documents to inform AI responses.– Support department–specific and course–specific AI assistants.– Facilitate AI–enhanced teaching and learning.– Support faculty development, curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment creation.– Provide usage analytics and reporting tools.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
