(1) Vendor needs to provide strategy planning consultant service • Agency seeking for strategic planning partner to assist the institution in defining a comprehensive vision of the future and synthesize this into an executable strategic plan.• Clarify campus strategic imperatives into actionable strategies across core mission areas, align organizational and financial requirements to those strategies, and produce a practical roadmap for execution and performance measurement.• Strategic plan should be inclusive of our three academic pillars of medicine, nursing, and biomedical sciences, basic and translational research as well as campus and branch campus operations and entities• Refine Financial Processes: design transparent practices that enable proactive financial management, risk analysis and real–time projecting capabilities to support agile decision–making, optimize resource allocation and align with University planning cycles.• Set Strategic Imperatives: establish priority impact focused imperatives across education, research and service mission that the strategic plan will be organized around• Leverage Work Teams: engage faculty and staff in proposing key agendas and tactics related to the imperatives• Establish milestone schedule guidance: identify the timing of adoption and implementation of strategic imperatives
