– Vendor needs to provide runway safety area (RSA) improvement service to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – The work consists of earthwork, grading, drainage improvements, surface restoration (including seeding), and removal or relocation of obstructions to bring the RSA into compliance with applicable FAA design and safety standards. – Establish construction access routes, staging areas, and security controls in coordination with the airport.– Protect existing utilities, lighting, signage, and navigational aids during construction.– Implement erosion and sediment control measures throughout construction.– Construct drainage features as shown on the plans, including swales, ditches, culverts, and outlets.– Mobilization and pre–construction activities.– Construction Safety and Phasing– Earthwork and grading.– Quality control and testing.
