(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. – Assistance Program provides 12 sessions of outpatient counseling per year to their clients needing this service.– The contracted provider will play an essential role in ensuring these services are available to Lawyers Assistance Program clients by providing or arranging for the provision of appointments with licensed professionals for assessment, counseling or treatment services. – Provide in–person or virtual counseling appointments for lawyers, bar applicants, and law students through referral by Kansas Lawyers Assistance Program.– Provide, or arrange for the provision of, face to face assessment/counseling with licensed professionals for lawyers, bar applicants, and law students.– Provide referrals into appropriate drug assessment and education or treatment programs to all lawyer, bar applicant, and law students who have received a confirmed positive result from a drug screening or alcohol test. – Provide group counseling sessions to groups experiencing high stress events or crises such as suicide or sudden death, large scale layoffs, or other traumatic events impacting a significant number of participants.– Provide relapse prevention for those individuals at risk for relapse after treatment.– Provide annual reports incorporating the items above under monthly reports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be two years.
