(1) Vendor needs to provide north beach compost hub management service to the government authority located in Miami Beach, FL. – Site and compost pile design– Take photos clearly showing compost piles are built to comply with guidance and contract requirements.– Mulch should be contained; it should not be left in a pile on the ground.– Regular visits to monitor the compost hub.– Monitor and maintain the drop–off area with 3–4 weekly visits.– Ensure that the site is clean.– The drop–off bins will be emptied at minimum 2 times per week and monitored regularly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
