Description
The City of Dania Beach is soliciting bids for Project Title . Bids are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl . Bids will be received prior to Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late bids will not be accepted. The selected contractor shall be responsible for furnishing and installing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work of this contract comprises the construction of the drainage improvements including, but not limited to a conveyance drainage system of pipes, inlets, exfiltration trenches, a new stormwater pump station, injection wells, injection well piping, milling and resurfacing, swale regrading, and pavement markings.
