(1) Vendor needs to provide personal care services to the government authority located in Westminster, MD. – Provide non–medical homecare services which may include personal hygiene and grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and transportation. – Personal care assistance may include eating and meal–time support, bathing and personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting, and safe transfers in and out of bed, chairs, or mobility devices such as walkers.– Homemaking and supportive services may include light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to medical appointments, errands, and other essential activities.– The specific services provided should be based on the senior’s individual needs, functional abilities, and care plan.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on September 24, 2026.
