Vendor needs to provide marketing, media relations, and tourism consulting services.• Provide destination marketing, tourism development, media relations, program management, and strategic guidance to build upon the work completed to date, evaluate the effectiveness of previous initiatives, identify opportunities to maximize the value of the remaining grant funding• Review and evaluate the accomplishments, effectiveness, measurable results, and available return–on–investment information associated with previous Visit marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tourism efforts.• Assess existing branding, website content, marketing assets, photography, video, social media, advertising campaigns, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and other materials developed through the initiative.• Develop recommendations for maximizing the impact and long–term value of the remaining grant funding.• Provide ongoing strategic guidance to the partnership throughout the duration of the contract.• Maintain detailed records of expenditures, invoices, campaign costs, and supporting documentation necessary for grant reimbursement and compliance.• Website, Digital Marketing, and Content Management: Improve search engine optimization (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.• Maintain and enhance the Visit website.• Maintain and coordinate social media channels and digital communications.• Monitor website and digital marketing performance using measurable analytics and provide regular reporting with recommendations for continuous improvement• Paid and earned media• Digital advertising• Social media campaigns• Influencer partnerships
