HEALTH-10797 - USA (Orange, California) - Licensed and Specialized Counseling Provider Services - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed and specialized counseling provider services to the government authority located in Orange, CA.– Identify and provide individualized family–friendly, family–centered, trauma and evidence–informed counseling services to clients, designed to be age appropriate for all referred age groups.– Services shall address common problems including inadequate housing, poor nutrition, and lack of basic needs.– Use evidence–informed or evidence–based practices to meet client needs and address client symptoms.– Actively engage Clients to maintain required program participation.– Provide outcome–driven services with indicators that accurately reflect clients’ progress towards contract deliverables.– Provide high quality counseling services that are responsive to the needs of clients who are at risk of, or have a history of, child abuse and child maltreatment.– Assess specific needs on an ongoing basis and shall provide referrals to appropriate community resources throughout the course of services and upon termination of services.– Telephone contacts and text messages to remind clients about appointments.– Crisis and extenuating circumstances sessions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
