(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management, inspection, materials testing, surveying, and related services to the government authority located in Auburn, CA.       – Provide construction management, construction inspection, materials testing, construction surveying, and related services.  – Construction contractor and the public with regard to activities at the construction site, interpretation of the requirements of the construction contract documents, assessing the acceptability of the contractor's work, material testing, managing the construction project, and evaluating contractor's claims.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.(4) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
