(1) Vendor needs to provide on–line certifications software program services to the government authority located in Idaho.– Employability Skills courses combined must have a total of approximately twenty (20) hours of courseinstruction and result in a certification.– Provide a workplace financial management course.– Provide a human resource management course.– Provide a cybersecurity essentials for work course.– Provide a written communication course.– Provide an OSHA 10–hour construction industry course.– Provide an OSHA 10–hour general industry course.– Program must be accessible with a variety of devices (desktop, laptop, mobile).– Program should support integration with ClassLink for single sign–on (SSO) and rostering purposes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
