LEGAL-17792 - USA (Vineland, New Jersey) - Board Attorney Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide board attorney service to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ. – Serve as legal counsel to the board of commissioners of the housing authority of the city on matters relating to board governance, fiduciary responsibilities, ethics, compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.– Attend all regular, special, emergency, annual reorganization, and other meetings of the board of commissioners, including executive sessions, as requested by the board.– Prepare, review, or provide legal review of board resolutions, governance policies, bylaws, committee charters, procedural rules, and other governance–related documents as requested by the board.– Review board meeting agendas and supporting documentation for legal sufficiency and advise the board regarding matters requiring legal consideration.– Provide orientation and governance training to newly appointed commissioners, upon request, regarding their fiduciary duties, ethical responsibilities, statutory authority, and legal obligations.– Provide legal advice regarding compliance with the authority's bylaws, resolutions, governance policies, and other board–adopted governing documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
