Description
In 2020, SACOG developed a Project Performance Assessment tool (PPA) to help the agency and project sponsors quantitatively evaluate the potential of transportation projects to further regional goals such as reducing emissions or congestion, encouraging active transportation, promoting economic prosperity, etc. Measuring across these goals also helps regional projects to compete in discretionary state and federal funding programs. SACOG is seeking the services of a consultant to help it make several key improvements to the tool. At a high level, these improvements include: Providing a reliable, user-friendly online hosting platform for the tool and; Providing an improved report-out functionality
