(1) Vendor needs to provide interpreting services.– This communication may include daily living skills information as well. – In Person Regular / Emergency Hours Interpreting Services – Non– Core/Non–Standard Languages.– Video Regular/ Non–Regular Hours Interpreting Services.– Regular hours are defined as 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excludes Federal Recognized Holidays.– Non–Regular hours are 5:00pm – 8:00am, weekends, and Holidays.– The languages in high demand at COBH include the following:– Spanish– Somali– Maay–Maay– Fulani– French Wolof– French– Arabic– Nepali– Oromo.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
