(1) Vendor needs to provide fully insured life and disability coverage service to the government authority located in Estancia, NM. – Fully insured with Met Life for its life and disability benefits since separating from the State employee benefit program.– For insured life and disability benefits coverage, to ensure they are offering competitive, comprehensive benefits to their employees.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
