(1) Vendor needs to provide journal publishing subscription package services.– Provide authenticated perpetual electronic access via the Internet to specified journals for use by all employees, authorized public on–site users, and employees of other federal agencies that are authorized by the publisher to use DigiTop service.– Make the journals accessible 24 hours per day.– Provide current counter–compliant usage statistics for all subscribed journals on a monthly basis.– Publish an unlimited number of authored articles without charging a separate during the term for the publication of accepted articles in a publishing journal.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
