(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.– Investment measurement service.– Provide the select committee with an annual report regarding the operation and effectiveness of the plan.– Provide search and screening services for new and additional investment funds required to meet the select committee’s objectives.– Investment education to the select committee.– Plan governance and fiduciary support.– Recordkeeper and service–provider oversight.– Plan fees and benchmarking.– Recovery of client services and data following a disruption.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
