HEALTH-10570 - USA (Iowa) - Healthy Hometowns School-based Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide healthy hometowns school–based services to the government authority located in Iowa.– Create and enhance access to healthcare services in association with schools to address physical, mental/behavioral, and dental health needs– Service sites – School–based Services sites must have a functional space dedicated to therapeutic services– Service delivery, telehealth, and data sharing– Clinic must have identified policies and procedures for clinical or therapeutic operations, including but not limited to provider staffing requirements (physician, nurse practitioner, therapist, nurse, etc.), staffing levels, clinical standards/protocols, training requirements, confidentiality standards, safety and physical security (clinic and school) and office procedures.(2) Mandatory letter of intent due on September 8, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
