TRANSPORT-11747 - USA (Collin, Texas) - Prisoner Transport Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide prisoner transport services to the government authority located in Collin, TX.– Operational ground transportation system that operates twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred and sixty–five (365) days per year.– Provide at least two (2) officers to each vehicle or aircraft transporting a prisoner. Provider will furnish qualified female personnel when possible when transporting female prisoners.– Upon arriving at the receiving agency, surrender custody of the prisoner to the designated agency or agent after first confirming identification of the officers or agent of said agency.– All reasonable precautions shall be taken for the safety and well–being of prisoners during transportation.– Transport personnel shall separate male and female prisoners while being transported.– Vendor must feed each prisoner three (3) meals per day, to include at least one hot meal, when the prisoner is in custody of the Vendor for each twenty–four (24) hour period in custody.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
