(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental support services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL. – Provide environmental support services associated with byproduct and solid waste management generated from circulating fluidized bed and other turbine power generation facilities at the agency.• Services:– Design environmental and material characteristics testing program.– Prepare conceptual site models, site assessment work plans, site assessment reports and remediation plans.– Conduct soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, and air investigations.– Prepare treatability study plans and conduct treatability studies.– Prepare and implement Pilot Study Work Plans.– Design and conduct study of environmental characteristics of fugitive dust from roadway construction materials.– Groundwater monitoring well design, installation, redevelopment, surveying, and sampling.– Design haul road stormwater management plans– Pond liner repair planning, documentation, and reporting.(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 08, 2026.
