Custodial Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting Custodial Services from qualified and experienced service providers for the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG). The Scope of Work is to provide cleaning and maintenance services at four (4) separate office facilities within the Carter Creek Center in Bryan, TX and twenty-four (24) additional office facilities throughout the Brazos Valley. Service schedules and requirements differ by location. Some facilities will be provided services two (2) days per week and will occur after-hours. Some facilities will be provided monthly deep-clean services after-hours. Most services will extend through the entire contract term. Senior Centers will only need services for two months, and more if requested by BVCOG. Specific cleaning instructions for each area can be found in Appendix A. Custodial Services start dates differ by location; each location-specific start date can be found in the Appendix A. The table entitled Cost Proposal Overview of Services by Location provides an overview of the specific custodial services requested by location.
