EXTRA-74023 - USA (Bentonville, Arkansas) - Master Plan Service - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan service to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR. – Provide parks and recreation 10–year master plan.– GIS–Based Asset Inventory: Document ownership, location, acreage, age, physical condition, safety, estimated remaining useful life, renovation or replacement priority, planning–level replacement cost, and photographic documentation for each asset.– Public Engagement: Conduct workshops, focus groups, pop–up events, stakeholder meetings, digital engagement, and other inclusive methods that reach a broad cross–section of the community.– Recreation program evaluation: analyze programs and services provided and its partners to identify demand, duplication, gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities.– Evaluate existing and potential partnerships with schools, nonprofit organizations, private entities, and regional agencies.– Evaluation of existing parks, trails, recreation centers, sports complexes, aquatic facilities, and specialized amenities.– Capital improvement plan: provide a prioritized project list organized into short–term (1–3 years), midterm (4–6 years), and long–term (7–10 years) phases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
