Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Maintained Square Footage of the Building: 24,954• Sweep/vacuum and mop flooring• Sweep outside entrance, including stairs• Empty all interior trash receptacles and replace liners• Empty all exterior trash receptacles and replace liner• Wipe clean and disinfect all interior and exterior trash receptacles• Empty and clean all applicable ashtrays and sand urns• Remove mats to clean floor underneath, replace mats after floor cleaning is done.• Vacuum walk–off mats and carpets• Vacuum and wipe clean door tracks• Clean and disinfect counter–tops, tables and chairs• Spot clean walls• Spot clean all carpeted areas– Services must be performed between the following days and hours each week: – Cleaning services will be provided Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
