Princess Anne Road, Westbound E. Princess Anne Road from Park Avenue to Standard Street, Westbound E. Princess Anne Road from Cowand Avenue to Miltate Avenue, and Northbound Park Avenue from Brambleton Avenue to E. Virginia Beach Boulevard. Only VDOT prequalified contractors may bid on this project.
