Banking Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) is soliciting interested financial institutions to provide banking for the Aviation Authority at the Orlando International Airport. The appointment period, if awarded following the Solicitation process, will be for five (5) years with the initial service to commence on or about July 1, 2025. The Aviation Authority will have the option to renew the agreement for one additional period of five (5) years. The appointment between the successful Respondents and the Aviation Authority will be non-exclusive. It is the intent of the Aviation Authority that a Respondent will provide the services specified in the Scope of Work / Specifications detailed in Section 6. The Aviation Authority intends to select the Respondents that it deems to be the most highly qualified, responsible, and responsive to the Aviation Authority to perform the required services after considering the evaluation criteria, in its exclusive discretion. Provide the Aviation Authority with general banking services for up to two main accounts, eight zero-balance sub-accounts and four stand-alone accounts. The various types of accounts consist of lockbox deposit, accounts payable and payroll positive payment disbursement, grant receipt, and electronic payment receipt accounts.
