Vendor needs to provide 9191 internal communications platform.• The platform should provide a consistent user experience across both mobile and web channels for employees and support equitable access to organisational communications, content and functionality for all users regardless of employee location or device.• The solution shall support continuous operation and availability to users on a 24x7x365 basis, including appropriate arrangements for maintenance, resilience, and service continuity.• The solution should provide standards–based integration capabilities to support interoperability with existing and future enterprise systems, including identity management, HR, communications and collaboration platforms.• The solution should have an activity feed to allow staff to post and interact with each other while also receiving content.• The solution should have push notifications/ read receipts for critical messaging.• The solution should have target messaging capabilities– Granular audience segmentation for posts and notifications (role, department, location, shift, custom tags). • The solution should have a people directory with user profile information. the ability to integrate with a content management system if future requirement dictates.• The solution should be capable of supporting company–wide or team specific micro–communities to share specific information and bespoke content. • The solution shall provide the capability to create, manage and publish internal information pages and content structures that support intuitive navigation and content discovery.• The solution should support an internally focused newsletter creation and distribution system based on content hosted/created on the platform.• The solution should provide a unified, IÉ branded experience for news, communities, messaging, documents, and digital signage.• The solution should provide analytics on reach, engagement, and content performance to inform communications strategy and export options.• The solution should enable the import and export of data.• The solution shall support the creation, publication and management of content in both the English and Irish language.
