Bradfordville Volunteer Fire Department Building

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor site preparation and construction of a new pre-engineered metal building system (PEMBS), site amenities and utilities to serve the Bradfordville Volunteer Fire Department, in accordance with the following: Attachment A –Technical Specifications Attachment B – Construction Plans Attachment C – Environmental Management Permit Attachment D – Septic Permit The work includes but is not limited to: ADA compliant parking, a water well, septic tank and electrical utilities, finished interior space, building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, planted landscape buffer, graded/stabilized/paved interior building drives, new paved driveway apron and pipe culvert located at the turnout along County Highway 12. Base Bid shall be based on all materials, labor and equipment to construct all work indicated on the plans, details, notes, and specifications (Complete) except items indicated to be not in contract (N.I.C. On Plans). It is the intention of the County to award this bid on the lowest total bid price based on the options selected by the County.
