(1) Vendor needs to provide beverage services to the government authority located in Wentzville, MO. – Beverages to be provided are non–alcoholic and include carbonated soft drinks, non–carbonated drinks, water, and sport beverages.– Provide all of the needed equipment, consultation, installation, service, maintenance and training to implement the services presented.• Beverage dispensing equipment necessary to dispense products at city locations.• Beverage refrigeration equipment necessary to keep products cool at city locations.• Firm must provide trained personnel to properly service the machines.• Provision of clean, safe and sanitary machines that meet or exceed industry standards.• Firm must maintain an approved inventory and accounting system and provide a sample quarterly summary of product supplied and sold by location.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
