(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital assessing and property card digitization, scanning, indexing service.– Vendor must be located in New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, or VT).– Provide property record card digitization and indexing services.– The scanning, we must have multiple data points indexed the property address and the map, block, lot.– 600 DPI resolution or greater.– Scanned files must be a .pdf format.– Index file must be a searchable database. – Digitization and Scanning of historic property cards, Sized 5” x 7”.– The digitization of approximately 50,000 historic property record cards in the basement. – Indexing of property cards, as per specifications and headings.– Pick–up and return of property record cards, submission of images via download link or email, and three copies on USB thumb drive.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
