Basketball Court Resurfacing – Waterfront Park & Palatlakaha Park

The City of Clermont is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to resurface two outdoor basketball courts, one located at Waterfront Park (100 3rd Street, Clermont, FL 34711) and the other located at Palatlakaha Park (Park Pals) (1250 12th Street, Clermont, FL 34711). The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing asphalt surface, preparation and repair of the base, and installation of a new 1.5-inch asphalt surface. Upon curing, the contractor shall apply acrylic resurfacer and color coatings, and complete all court line striping in accordance with regulation basketball dimensions and professional standards. All work must be performed in strict compliance with current industry codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications, and under the supervision of qualified tradesmen. The contractor shall fence off the work area, maintain a clean and safe job site, and remove all construction debris upon completion. The finished courts must meet all quality and performance requirements specified by the City and will be subject to inspection and approval by the City’s Project Manager prior to final acceptance.
